Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Romania, Cyprus.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

For end customers: Free shipping for orders over 75 euros gross value, otherwise 4.50 € - within Germany.

We ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein free of VAT. You, as the recipient, are responsible for any import customs clearance.

*For orders of 4 more items abroad, you can view the shipping costs after clicking "Check out", i. e. before payment.

Information for deliveries abroad: You can buy a maximum of 100 pieces on our website for each individual order. If you would like to buy more than 100 pieces on our website in one order, please contact us by e-mail: info@relax-and-refresh.de. We will then take your order by e-mail and send you the goods.

Shipping costs for domestic and international retailers: On request

Delivery Times

The goods are delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days (if paid in advance, after the money has been received in our bank account). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
